Melanie Towle is a passionate designer who has the ability to see your home from a different perspective. She is dedicated to functional space planning and excels at helping visualize what your home can be. Her specialty is honing in on a client’s unique needs and way of life to craft a home perfectly designed and curated for them. Melanie maximizes your living space to elevate your lifestyle and increase the comfort and function of your home, your sanctuary. She also loves to spend time with her three boys, skiing, running and traveling. Since they met in 1987, it has been Melanie’s dream to work side by side with her husband, Patrick, who shares her passion for architecture and design.
PATRICK TOWLE
Chief Construction Officer
Patrick was born and raised in San Francisco, 5th generation, his mother was a licensed interior designer and Patrick shadowed her as the youngest of 3. His passion for architecture and design are innate. Patrick has been renovating and building new homes in and around Fort Worth since 1996. Patrick realized his passion for construction after moving to Fort Worth. He started as a carpenter, and quickly realized a talent for construction management and cultivated his mastery working for Gearheart Construction, one of the leading builders in Fort Worth. He went on to partner and help create V Fine Homes in 2005. He exemplifies an understated builder, with a keen eye for design and a desire to build things that last. Don’t underestimate his knowledge of numbers, he has a unique blend of right and left-brain skills. If you want to see for yourself, challenge his mental math games. Patrick is fiercely devoted to his family and has spent the last 13 years in the outdoors with scouts, he loves skiing with his family, and you might find him climbing the mountains on a Jeep Jamboree.
PAUL STECK
Chief Customer Officer
Paul joined the Elevate Team in February of 2021, just in time for the historic snowmageddon. Because he moved from up North, he was one of the crazy ones driving around. Thankfully he came equipped with a Jeep. Besides being an excellent driver, Paul brings 30+ years of development, commercial construction management, and restaurant design experience to our team. He has been absolutely jazzed about working with the Elevate Team and its fantastic clients, helping them build their dream homes. Paul will primarily focus on the development side of our business but has a passion for meeting new clients. When not working, you can find Paul in his kitchen. As a passionate chef (and eater) Paul loves to design kitchens. Oh, if you wonder about his co-pilot, that is Cabot, his prized Chesapeake Bay Retriever.
JAIRO JIMENEZ
Project Manager
Jairo joined the Elevate team in February 2021 and has loved every minute of it (at least that’s what he tells us!). He previously worked in remodeling and cabinetry for about 10 years. For Elevate, he does a little of everything from hanging a mirror, to demolishing a full kitchen, and everything in between. He loves working with his hands—just ask Vanessa—and learning new things. Every day is different and that’s what he loves about his job. As a Project Manager his goal is to satisfy clients, keep them laughing, and give them the home of their dreams. You might see one of his daughters as his sidekick on a job site from time to time.
AMANDA URBANOVSKY
Design Associate
Amanda is the only true Texan on the Elevate team. She grew up around the Fort Worth area and has always considered Colorado her second home. She earned a BBM from Belhaven University and previously owned a metal fabrication company. Amanda has 10 years’ experience in construction, business, and design work. She has always known that her true love lies in her vision and undeniable eye for interior design. While she is usually found brainstorming new ideas and striving to help bring every individual vision to life, her other passions include shredding the slopes in Colorado, traveling the country with friends, and spending time with her family.
ESTHER EARLY
Finance Manager
Esther Early grew up in Las Cruces, New Mexico and has always had a love for math and science. These passions were developed by being outdoors, pursuing adventure, along with making it her goal to beat any games where math and science were involved. She has a Bachelor of Science from New Mexico State University and since college she has worked in education and medical fields. She and her husband, Stephen who is a Fort Worth native, and their four daughters moved to Fort Worth in 2010. Since then, she has worked as a bookkeeper for several local firms. In 2015, she began her journey as a Virtual Controller for a full-service Accounting Firm with clients throughout the Western portion of the US. In 2022, she recently joined Elevate team and is thrilled to collaborate with this flourishing company.
SANDY
Chief Construction Doggo
Born on August 3, 2020 Sandy, our sweet goldendoodle, became an official member of the Elevate team as soon as she turned one year old. She loves ball and carrots! She may be caught counter surfing, especially when butter is nearby. She is a good judge of character and can be counted on to boost both team and client morale.
