Meet the Owners, Melanie and Patrick Towle

For Melanie and Patrick, ELEVATE Design | Build was inevitable. Melanie has possessed an uncanny ability to see the possibilities in every space since she was a child, often reporting back to her family about the design and functionality of restaurant bathrooms; Patrick spent his early years as an unofficial apprentice to his mother, an interior designer.

When V Fine Homes, where Patrick was a partner and managed all facets of construction, started getting requests for smaller projects they couldn’t accommodate, Melanie was the natural choice. What started as small remodels quickly grew into larger projects as clients responded to her approach of putting homeowners at the center of every decision. In an industry where women are rarely leaders, she stands apart as not only a creative designer, but someone who understands every aspect of the construction process.
